MnDOT Closes Highways Due to Heavy Snow, High Winds

Minneapolis Public Schools’ Education and Service Center to Open

Minneapolis Public Schools will celebrate the grand opening of the new John B. Davis Education and Service Center Thursday.  

The $36 million facility will house adult education classes, a welcome center for families, and testing facilities. There are also staff offices.

The grand opening is tonight at 5:30 p.m.

Report City Issues with Minneapolis Smartphone App

Minneapolis has a new smartphone app you can download to help fix minor issues in the city.

You can use the free Minneapolis 311 app to report broken streetlights, potholes, and graffiti.

Mayor R.T. Rybak and app developers will demonstrate the app Wednesday at the Third Precinct Police Department.
