WEB FORECAST: Light Snowfall Should End Before Evening Commute

A light snowfall will last into the afternoon, but should end before the Friday evening commute.

KSTP.com Meteorologist Patrick Hammer predicts snowfall totals will be light with 1/2" to 1". Areas north of the Twin Cities toward Brainerd may see up to 2".

Overnight Wednesday people near the conservatory in the Como Park area of St. Paul were searching for the Winter Carnival Medallion. They do it for the bragging rights and of course, the cash.
